Best highchair

OH and I are going shopping tomorrow for a highchair.

Can anyone recommend a good type or shout about ones to steer clear of???

I'm not sure exactly what we are looking for and am still in shock that we are 5 1/2 months along.

We have a chiico one that is from birth so it lays flat or sits up and have play things and has extra support for while they are still young. http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/productdisplayA_934+342_10751_-1_21676_76859_10001_21676 this is ours although ours is a slightly different design, its farm animals!!

Ive got 2 x Cosatto Noodles and they are great for us. The boys love them as they are quite comfortable, they recline which makes feeding easier, and they have 6 height settings so I often put them boys in them on the lowest without the tray and they watch me washing up as they are now fed up with their bouncy chairs! We got ours from Kiddicare. They were ??81 singly.

We have the Zest in Mamas & Papas and it's fab!
It reclines aswell as having different heights. It also has a basket underneath.

I've just looked on M&P and there's currently ??20 off too (ggrrrr, we paid full whack!!!)

We got the chicco polly 2 in 1 ( but in stamp design) We only got this as i got it cheap on ebay optherwise would have gone for the cheaper chicco think it is happy snack. I know loads of people really like the stokke ones and the posh ones that look like hair dressers chairs but i just wanted something functional that was appelaing to baby to sit in. it 'reclines' for early use , has straps and a removable tray. works for me x

avoid avoid avoid the mamas and papas san remo! truely awful highchair

the graco tea time high chair is fab tho...easy to clean, tray comes off, folds flat, nice and padded too, has a basket underneath and comes with toys that attach to the tray... xx

We've got the Chicco Polly as we needed a "full" highchair as we don't use our dining room table in the winter (its in the conservatory and its too cold!). I really like it but this has been recommended to us and I'm thinking of getting it for holidays and taking to mil. I'd have got it to use at home too if I had a table more accessible.

first one we bought was an expensive one from John lewis. 2nd child had the much cheaper ikea high chair. which was probably just as good.
