we dont have a strict routine as Imogens still only 4 weeks but we do, feed half hour later she gets undressed for bath, she has a sing song with daddy while I get bath ready so she gets used to being slightly undressed. Then off comes nappy and bath for 5-10 mins. Then its onto a big towel and a bit of naked time and baby massage. Then its dimmed lights and cuddles and songs, big feed and into her bed
this is over a period of about 2 hours as she doesnt settle till late in the evening, about 10ish! xxx
im trying this. Bath at 8ish. He hates bath time and being undressed but i want him to get used to it. Then bottle and winding which takes 1hr then put him down without rocking so he falls asleep on his own. It worked last night he slept 11-3 ish so not too bad. My mum says its the 3 b's. Bath, bottle and bed. xx
