Thumb blister!!
Hi ladies,
My DD is 17 daqys old today. The night before last I noticed a horrible blister had suddenly appeared on her thumb. She is a really strong sucker and has been suckling her thumb and fingers since she was born.
I put expressed breast milk on it but she continues to suck it - it's disgusting looking - all scabby and nasty.
Scratch mits are just pulled straight off. I have tried socks and built in scratch mits on her baby gros but they get soaking wet and I'm thinking this dampness can't be helping it heal?
Any tips?
