hi, on october 7th 2012 i had a one night stand with a local barmaid (wrong i know) shes given birth today july 16th 2013, shes not being cooprative with my pleas for a dna test but has admitted shes unsure who the father is, from those dates could it be mine, or what is the liklihood hes mine, given the fact i know shes slept with other after me

lol did she tell you about the baby or now that the baby is born you want to claim the child. from october until now its nine months it could be yours but if she doesnt want to do dna test you cant force her shes not your wife.
if u put conception date (7th oct) into any of the online due date calculators it makes pregnancy due date 30th June.
Obviously its not exact to the date and she could of had baby early or late. Guess only way you will know for sure is a DNA test
