Advice needed!! 25 weeks pregnant!!👶🏻

im 25 weeks pregnant , and have  had like one movement for the past 6 days. iv had about 5 scans already due to bleeding at the start and other problems.  I have rang up every number on the orange form given with the pack at the first appointment with midwife. And non of them seem to bothered about it. Iv have had movement since 20 weeks but like i said nothing in the past 6 days. I had the heartbeat checked and that was perfectly fine but why no movement? Iv tried everything, drinking hot and cold, music, laying on left side , hot and cold baths and nothing happens. i have had a lot of thick and watery clear discharge. Iv had some stomach cramps and pain in my lower back since. No bleeding at All. 

Need some advice on what to do😫
