The nurse a my GP's told me not to have sex every day if we want a baby!...
...Apparently the sperm needs to mature so if you have sex daily while trying for a baby its constantly immature and, i quote, "doesn't know where its going" where as day old sperm does!!
just thought id share it with you all x

    Well, me and my oh had nooky everyday since my af stopped up until a few days before my next af was due and we concieved the first month of trying!
    I think what she has told you is a load of rubbish to be honest! The sperm won't be released if they aren't mature you wil just have less sperm being released as there aren't as many that have matured. Its important for your oh to eat well and exercise as this wil help his body to function at 100% and keep those little boys coming!

    i read a few times that every other day is better for optimum sperm - cant remember why but there was some science behind it.
