hi girls,

i know this might sound a bit thick, but im going to ask anyway.

How long after you have ovulated does your af arrive?
please im in need of advice

    Hi, they say an average cycle is 28 days and that you normally ovulate on day 14 half way through your cycle. So your af would come 14 days after you ovulate. Lots of peoples cycles are different though which is what makes it harder to work out! x

    Hi Kelly, I think it depends on how long yopur average cycle is. My last period was September 13th and I worked out that I conceived about 27th September...I was waiting for my period to come around 13th october. So if u are the same as me and have a 28 day cycle, best time to conceive is about two weeks after period. Hope this helps! x
