I know this isn't pleasent to talk about but I could do with knowing...
Each month, about a week before I am due I get a brown discharge which lasts about 2-3 days. What is this and will it effect my cycle for planning ov etc? I had always assumed it was a kind of pre-period or something.

    You could buy one of those ovulation kits from boots etc and if you don't conceive maybe you could see your dr for a bit of help just to make sure everything is ok? xx

    Hiya, I normally get this a couple of days before my period is due and to me this is just a sign to let me know that my period is on its way. I cant see that this will affect any planning of ov. If you are concerned then maybe have a chat with your doctor. In the meantime wishing you the best of luck and hoping to see you on here soon with some good news. Take care Beth x
