Hi ladies,
Ive been taking Agnus Castus to try and regulate my periods and help ovulation.
Have any of you ladies taken this and had success stories??
I have now ovulated and i have read mixed views on whether to stop taking it or not till next cycle (if needed)
Any advice?

Yes, if you have ov'd, then stop the AC. It can cause birth defects if taken whilst pg.
I have taken AC a couple of times to sort out my cycles when they go nuts, and I would definately recommend it! It worked for me.
