Hi i am using ov sticks as me and my husband are trying the smep this month, i have not got a + on ov sticks yet, but i have had alot of emcm today, does that mean i am oving or about it, and the ov sticks will pick that up tomorrow or have i missed it, any advise ladys.

    I read that you usually get EWCM for 1-5 days prior to OV and that you OV the last day that you see EWCM. If you're seeing it then get BDing as it is def the best time! Good luck.
