hi ladies,
can any 1 tell me how ther first period was after a miscarriage? i starded yesterday and im really heavy n havin really bad cramps (worse than normal) has any 1 else had this or is it me?

    Hiya
    My first af after ERPC took 38 days and was quite heavy but not painful. The second was 31 days and that was more painful.

    i dont normally have pain with periods so this is a bit new if thats the rite way 2 put it! but there really heavy 2! ive even leaked (sorry tmi) ive nevr done that b4! image

    I got my first AF on wed, 31dys after d&c.
    I never really got pains before maybe just a little before I came on.
    But on wed I had really bad pains I knew I must be coming on, I'v also been heavy sprung a leek yesterday. So I'm just going to use pads, seems a bit lighter today though.

    I had my first AF after 28 days after my first miscarriage and 31 days after my second
    Hope the cramps ease off soon x

    it only lasted 4 days n the pain eased off! thank god!!!! me and oh have decided to wait a lil longer because if we try n this happens again il find it extreamly hard so were gunna wait until i feel ready again 100%
