Hi ladies

I was watching this morning yesterday morning and zita west was on promoting her new book "Plan to get pregnant" just wondering if anybody else has bought this or any of her other books? If so did you find it usefull? I've bought it off the internet hopefuly it should be here within the next cpl of days.

    no not seen that. Saw her on the wright stuff show though and she seems very nice and knowledgeable. Let us know how you find it, precis it and then i don't have to buy it! lol

    No probs filo i think its just all about getting your body prepared for pregnancy and different diets, do's and donts. Thought id give it a go.
