AF arrived this morning and omg its the worse pain i have ever felt, its has arrived 2 weeks late and it punishing my body it hurts so bad :\( :cry::\( :x

    Oh dear sorry to hear that.

    Feminex from the chemist i've found is the best for period pains, its relaxes the cramps so you dont get as much pain.

    oh no, i hate it when u get a real bad one, try these tips i was given,
    ibuprofen and paracetamol every 2 hours
    eat banana's they are full of patasium n b vits
    take iron tabs
    hot water bottle
    massage
    walk around
    a warm bath
