G/C- I think its EPO and Agnus Castus, but as it's been so long since I TTC I can't remember how you take them

I think EPO from CD1 up to OV- can't remember on AC though xx

Hi Fiona86,

I cant comment on Agnes castus but I know for a fact that taking B vitamins and Evening Primrose oil really helped for me, especially when I didnt have any periods for 4 years and for the past 3 years I have been as regular as clockwork and have 28 day cycles.

Thanks girls, is is safe to take 3 different tablets at the same time?

My cycles are so unpredictable so I really need to settle them down, its probably why it takes us so long to conceive!

i believe all three are safe to take together, although could be worth checking with your gp.
