Ladies who had an IUD fitted can you help???
I had my copper IUD removed on 14th as you may have seen from any of my previous posts so that we can TTC #2. My AF graced me with her presence yesterday (26th) and i have had the most painful cramps from then, as though I am a teenager again!! They are so painful that i have taken pain killers and have a hot water bottle to try and ease the pain. Usually my AF pain is very mild in the run up but nothing like this. Have any ladies experienced the same following removal and on your first cycle without it? Im hoping this will settle down quickly.
Im looking for a bit of reassurance really that this is quite normal. I know i wasn't pregnant prior to AF so its nothing like a MC as i was 4 days late but have -ve tests.
