Pains havent quit

I'm on month one of TTC as of this last week and these pains haven't quit all month since I've come off the pill in early September. I'm only a day late which is nothing unusual, especially as this is my first month off the pill. These stabbing pains won't quit though, really low down on both sides, sometimes more on the right than the left or vice versa.
Any ideas?
