Polycystic ovaries

I came off the pill 6 months ago and TTC. I haven't had a visit from AF since. I went to my GP and have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries. The GP said it is not PCOS (Syndrome) just PCO.

Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? I just need some info/ help really!!
