Confused

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">I have been TTC since May 2009- I have PCOS and get my period once or twice a year if I'm lucky. Have been on Metformin since 2009. On 8th May I got my first period in 15 months (that I know of- could have had more but nothing I have noticed) This period was light but defo a period none the less. It lasted about 3 days. 17th May I went to doctors as was feeling pants(tired, sore throat etc), and he told me I had viral tonsilitis. Over the past 5-6 days I have been peeing none stop- like every 15 mins!, my appetite has become non-exisitant except for dr pepper, sprite and ice cream, I am more tired than before, feeling like I will be sick at any moment but not actually being sick (i'm one of these people who will fight being sick), tummy cramps, my nipples have changed. I have a funny taste in my mouth and my temp has dropped from 37.5 to 36.2-36.3

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">I have called the doctors and they are seeing me at 2pm today- could it be that I'm preg? I really want to be but really don't want to get my hopes up.
