Slap cheek?!

Hi everyone!! This my first post on here! I've been ttc since last June and fell pg but had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I'm now 4 days late and have done 2 test which were negative, I've been around my friends little boy who has got slap cheek and I've been told it can cause miscarriage or complications if pg. I know I don't no if I'm defo pg but am still quite worried! Does anyone have any advice? Sorry for such a long post!! Xxxx
