Advice /:

I did a home pregnancy test this morning and it came back very very faint postive (so I gather I've tested to early) i noticed tonight little bits of blood when I wiped,  but it started to come out abit more but not to much to fill a pad, it's like redish /pinkish, I wouldnt say it was like a period. But I've also started to feel like litre butterfly movements in my belly (I know some people will think I'm being stupid but I know what I'm feeling) I'm just wondering if someone could give me some advice. I've got a little bump aswell,. I already have a little girl and this is all different to when I was preg. /: really scared
