help ?

hi am shannon i have been off my injection for about a year now and have been trying for a baby i have just got some folic acid and some boots ovulation tests i have tryed the jelly stuf to bost the sperm up ( apprtly lol ) am wondering if any of you ladys can recomend anything for me my cycle is every 29-30 days on and off let me know thanks shannon p.s dont mind my terrible spelling lol !
