HELP! Last period 4days late then bled and now im 4 days late again...

Hi there everyone,

I'm brand new to this site but i need help/advice!!

Here's the facts...My cycle is normally 23 days and my period last for 7 days I have never been late or had a missed period apart from when i was pregnant with my 4yo, 

My last period was due on the 19th November...I didn't bleed til the 22nd November, even then it was light apart from one of the days and i only bled for 5 days,I took several tests all came back negative...

My period was due on the 16th of December and i still haven't come on...I've taken loads of tests but still negative. So i went to the doctors today they took a test and "surprise" it came up negative. 

I feel so confused...Have people had NPT and still ended up being pregnant? How far gone were you when you finally had a positive result?

 

Please help!!
