Have you ever had a 'false' result with an 'early-testing' pregnancy test?

Hello

We're really hoping some of you can help us. And, if you are, we're more than happy to pay you a small fee for your time.

As you may have seen, we ran a survey into early pregnancy tests, and asked some of you who are actively TTC to try out some of the tests (thank you to everyone!) – and we had some interesting results, which we'll be publishing shortly.

Now we're really keen find some women who've had either a false positive or false negative result from an early pregnancy test (those tests that you can use 2–5 days before your period is due) and who'd be willing to share how that felt with others.

We know that getting the wrong result from a pregnancy test can be truly upsetting – but we're hoping that some of you may feel, like us, that sharing that experience, and how you coped with it, can be helpful for others who might find themselves in the same position.

If this sounds like something you'd like to do (and don't forget that we'll pay you for your time and trouble, if you do decide to go ahead), please do drop us a mail at contactus@madeformums.com to find out more about it. Or you can add a post to this discussion thread and we'll get in touch.

Thank you!
