Positive ovulation test for a month

I took a home pregnancy test around the first of the month the lines were faint  so I went to my obgyn. I done a blood test and a urine test they both were negative , she told me to keep taking my prenatal vitamins . I've been taking ovulation test ever since and they all been positive . Is it possible that I'm pregnant ? Me and my fiancé have been trying since march
