1 day period

I had a little boy who was 2 on March since I've had fairly regular periods every month maybe give or take a few days they usually ale last 3-6 days and can vary from medium to heavy this month right on the dot I got what I thought was a period it started on Wednesday the 20th ear hours and by night was finished on Friday I noticed when wiping when bleeding now only slight my stomach is in agony it can be cripili at times went to the docs he told me it could be clots trying to pass we are trying with our first we went through the fertility clinic and found out my partner has low sperm count I got my 12 day bloods done a couple of months back my levels were 38.7 but now I'm convinced something Is wrong i feel crazy right now any help would be appreciated
