Tips on how to conceive faster?

My husband and I had a miscarriage recently. we were very excited that we were having a little one on the way (i got pregnant our first time trying, this would of been my first kid, his second) when we found out I had miscarried I was so upset I wanted to try for another one, (I was only like 5 weeks along) a week after I miscarried was the week  when I was most fertile, according to my calender, we then had sex the 3 days before I ovulated then the next two after i Ovulated, I've been taking prenatal vitamins everyday for the past 3 weeks.. What are the chances I get pregnant? Any tips on how to concieve faster?
