Spotting???

 period was on June 3rd and I had sex june 11th the next week I was having back pains trouble sleeping getting comfortable I was always hot at night always thirsty. My boobs were tender nipples sensitive feet swollen. On June 1 I started spotting it went away late that night and came back then on the 3rd it got a little heavy I wasn't cramping like I used to it's like slight cramps I would feel sick smell got sensitive still waiting for the bleeding to stop really need help
