Implantation bleeding or period? Help!

Hi!

This past Friday I was at my boyfriends house and I noticed I was having light cramping but I thought it was nothing. During intercourse I noticed I was bleeding. Keep in mind my period wasn't suppose to start for another 5 days, I never get my period early.  It was very light for the first two days,then on the third day it was light and then it got really heavy. My period is usually late or on time and my cramps hurt so bad. But this time my cramping was light, my breast were having like this sharp pain and and my blood is super red. I just know this isn't my period. Could I be pregnant?
