Definitely OV but for second time this month?!

Morning ladies,

I think ive finally done a reset of my ovaries and appear to have been regular for the last couple of months (sadly it was weight loss, damn doctor was right!).

Ive felt weird the last week and half. Sometimes i get this sharp prodding about 2 inch below my belly button, its not painful but its enough to register. Im also feeling hot and queasy. I did one ov test last week and it wasn't conclusive like this is, a bit fainter so i didnt think to do more checks...could i have ovulated twice this month? Still haven't had a positive preg test. Attached pictures are last nights test, i still had a positive ov test this morning.

Any advice?
