Could I be pregnant or not

I was 43 days late for my period I have done pregnancy test in August all came positive also did pregnancy test in September all came positive ... Having all the symptoms  ... Went for ultrasound scan on Friday they didn't even tell me nothing ... So thought I'll take pregnancy test came back negative so later on at night I started spotting brown blood then next day starting bleeding not heavy and its watery? No cramps nothing feel as though as I'm not on my period ....... Can anyone help please
