3 Lines on test? Help🙁

Can anyone explain why theres 3 lines?🙁 assuming its a faulty one🙁

I did it was negative but i read that its not possible for the line to change colour without hcg levels in your body🙁 im all confused.

If the test was faulty, as the 2 lines suggest, then you couldnt rely on it only picking up hcg I'm afraid :-(
