Bleeding

Hi ive been bleeding a bit i think it implantion bleeding but im not sure. Im only bleeding tiny bit in my underwear like smear n just wen i wipe it there. It like pinkish brwn. My periods r all over place. But im feeling very hungary all time n just cnt stop b greatful for some advice
