Please help

hi ladies I had sex on the 20 th march and high fertile days was 21-22-23 , ovulation pain always last 2 days for me but it lasted 6 - days it eased off and now I'm feeling cramps again but not so bad I did lose a creamy white discharge for the day but went , sometimes my underarms hurt but not for long I'm a week out in getting my period , and I've noticed a slight cramp in my foot which is weird ... I also normally get pre menstraul headaches but this time it's been a slight dull ache but not enough for me to take pain killers for it and now my breast are tender .. could I have conceived and also lower back aches as well ... just not sure
