AF or Implantation??

Hi, 

I had a lot of pregnancy symptoms the last couple of weeks; backache, headaches, nausea, sensitive nipples, bresets ache & twinges. 

I don't know my cycle due to a misscarriage nearly 10 weeks ago... I thought that I could have conceived however I spotted brown yesterday for 2 hours and it stopped and then started again today brown spotting and today I have had some clots.
