TTC after 5 1/2 months of 25mcg levothyroxine

Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years. After complications, I decided to go to the doctors and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I have been taking 25 mcg of Levothyroxine for 5 1/2 months now. For the first two months, doctors were checking my ovulation levels and the progesterone levels were not as high as they are expected when ovulating. I am saddened when I go to the doctors and find that my levels are not high enough, so I stopped going.

Is there anything that any can suggest to me to do?
