hi ladies,
just wanted to ask do you guys keep your legs up in the air or put a pillow and lay down for 30 mins after the deed is done? My friend who has Been pregnant twice said she kept her legs up against the wall for 40mins after? Anyone have tips? Xx

Hi Sam! I tend to just put a pillow under my hips so theyre elevated and lie down for 20-40 mins!
