Seven Seas Trying For A Baby...

Hi all, new to this website! I’m 22 and my partner is 24, we’ve been trying to concieve for 7-8 months now, and I have had no luck and constant negative results. I was on the depo injection when I was 19 for around 9 months and had a constant flow of period. I had the marina coil summer last year (2017) and I had that in for barely a month and had it removed. I have recently purchased the Seven Seas Trying For A Baby, and was wondering if anyone could give me some helpful tips. I’m not sure if they are to be taken the same time every day, morning or night. Not sure if I’m sounding stupid, but obviously I want people opinions on what worked best for them☺️
