Missed period - negative test

my partner and I have tried everything to get pregnant, from planning intercourse on days of fertility, taking vitamins... I’ve missed my period this month, I took an early detection test by clear blue and it has come back negative... does it matter if it’s early detection? Shall I take a regular test? Any tips on how to conceive? Any help is appreciated x

    Try using a first repsonse test.. Sometime other test aren't as sensitive. I was 5 days late before I got a bfp.. Best of luck..
