Faint Positive test then a negative test and now some pink when wipe

Hello Ladies, I am new on here but I’ve read many discussion and figured maybe someone could help me a little. I took a pregnancy test one night after drinking wine because I had gotten really bad cramps (as I did with me first child) and it came back with a faint positive. I waited two days and took another test just to see and it came back negative. This morning (a day before my period is supposed to start) I wiped and there was pink and nothing else. Could I possibly be pregnant or not ?
