Not sure if this is a faint positive or not

Hey there. My husband and I have a 5 yr old daughter. We have been trying to concieve for about a month now. I have had a few very early pregnancy symptoms...diarrhea, mood swings, and I'm really bloated. I took a test today and got a super faint positive. What do you guys think?? 😊
