Hi any advise last month by period lasted 4 days it's normaly 4/5 so wasn't worried but yesturday knight a started light bleeding well when I wiped but all 3 tampons I use after was clear also got period pains should I worry xx

    I also suffer with nmbad sciatica so in alot pain alot thinking mabe as im stressed it's changing my cycle xx
