Positive FRER but lines too far apart? So confused!
Okay, so... I am 7 days late, and I believe I ovulated a little late. But I took an FRER today, and saw what looked like a faint line, but of course I couldn't tell if my mind was playing tricks on me.
So, even though I know it's bad, I opened the test up and took it apart like ten minutes after taking it. Now, I KNOW that is frowned upon, but here is the kicker...
The second I opened it, there was already a very obvious second dark pink line, however, it was out of the test window view. So I figured it was just where the dye started at, because I know that you will always see some form of a dye line on the fuzzy side when you take apart an FRER.
So, I look and BOOM, control line, a bright pink second line AND a seperate dye line? I'm sooo confused. And again, I can not stress this enough, these lines were all there the very second I busted the test open. I was SHOCKED.
I've had quite a few symptoms. Missed period. Just got over a cold last week. Extreeeeeemely sore boobs the last couple days. Lots of white CM.

I have another test that I plan to do in the morning with FMU, but I'm so curious if theres a possibility the test line was just a smidge over too far? I've taken a ton of FRERs and have never had this happen! Especially not this dark of a pink line 😱
Thanks in advance ladies!

Best thing is to just test again with FMU x
This photo was taken about ten minutes after I took the test, and it is not tweaked in any way (other than the little arrow I drew to point at the line I see).
Does anybody else see something?
It's faint, so of course I'll be testing AGAIN in a couple days or so. I have two more FRER left 😭

Thank you though! In times like these, reality checks are good to keep you from getting your hopes up.
I'm okay if I'm not pregnant, but I'm just sooo confused by why my boobs have been so unbelievably sore this past week, and getting sick, and the missed period. Fingers crossed! 🥺
This is in a room with fairly casual lighting. I didn't want to put it in the sun or anything because I know that if it only mainly shows up in the sun, it's likely an indent. So this is just in natural bedroom lighting. I'm going insane. We have been trying for almost 6 months.
Check out these few pictures of this afternoons test. Pictues taken about 10 mins after testing.

I may or may not have accidentally uploaded duplicates. I haven't had my caffiene yet! 🤪
I know progesterone leaks around ovulation and can cause breast tenderness for some women but that doesn't usually happen for me. And if it is, it's very, very mild. They feel almost engorged right now. Not quite as bad, but almost as bad as when you're breastfeeding and don't pump for a couple hours. They're so heavy and uncomfortable right now. Other stuff, I've kinda ignored because I don't want to symptom spot, haha. But the insanely sore boobies are undeniable. 😭
