Advice needed please

I am 38 we have been trying for past 6 years in 2016 I feel pregnant only to find out at 6 weeks it was an ectopic and had to have surgery then in 17 pregnant only to suffer a MC we have tried fertility acupuncture no luck we went to fertility clinic to find out we are both grand. Yesterday I had slight spotting aka discharge with faint pink trace the same today  been feeling off and sluggish for the last week yesterday we had my favourite dinner and I did not like it I'm 4 days away from my period today
Need advice please
