Positive result, bleeding, negative result but still feel pregnant!

Hi there, this is my first post and hoping I can gain some advice!
I got a positive at 5 1/2 weeks, and then just over a week later started to bleed but only when I peed. This lasted for just under a week. I then did another test and it was a negative result. But now a few days after bleeding, I’m beginning to feel twinges and pulls in my belly again as I did with my first little one. I’ve got a scan tomorrow but I really just hope it’s not meant I’ve mc. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing? x
