Negative test but still no period!! help :(

My cycle is between 26-28 days but this is now day 33 with no period!!
i tested on day 31 but got a negative test however it was mid morning, after coffee and lots of water.
Its unheard of for me to be this late on my period.
I am having cramps that feel like af pains, have a bad tummy, feel a bit sicky and having mood swings.
We have been TTC for a long time with no joy and absolutely praying for a BFP but am i getting my hopes up that i could be pregnant after a negative test?
im really working myself up rn and any advise would be helpful...thank you x
