Polyps anyone?

Really hoping to get some insight, private ultrasound today the found uterine polyp 6mm ish so quite small but they think it's the reason for my last 3 MC, doctors are referring ppl to gynecology and the back log is huge so we're talking months and months away
I'm devasted 😩😭
Don't know what to do moving forward.
Has anyone concieve with polyps?

Not sure if made the difference as I couldn't conceive for a year after that but it worked for me after Letrozole first round!
