Chemical pregancy and period

Sorry this post is a little long...

Ihad a chemical pregancy very recently, and i believe my period to have started the next day unless it was blood loss from the chemical pregnancy but my doctor said that was unlikely but i can't help but wonder.. My period usually lasts 6 painful and very bloody days (sorry lol tmi) but this time it was one day of agony and heavy bleeding followed by 2 days of barely nothing and now its stopped. Is this because of the chemical pregancy? Or is there a chance im pregnant again??? And do you think this is going to mess up my ovulation???
