Stupid question, can you see anything?

Can anyone see anything at all, period due in 5 days so i know its a little early to test but i can't help myself. I really can't see anything but I'd like another persons perspective. Ive been really sick the past few days, and dizzy with awful headaches and cramps in my lower tummy
