2dpo

Can anyone help me please? I’m 2dpo today and tomorrow I’m supposed to have a ultrasound to check all is ok with ovaries etc. I had an ultrasound last month so really I don’t need to go but if I do go, what will they be able to see?! Could they tell me I have released an egg and I’ve conceived?! Thanks
