So I am at the start of my journey - I had my coil out Thursday and today I seem to have started my AF. It wasn't due for another two weeks. I was on the coil for about 18 months and I still have periods (very light ones) like clockwork for the past 6 -10 months.
Has anyone had the coil removed - how long did it take for your periods to settle?
Im considering how best to track my ovulation - I am 36, so age is not on my side this time and I just want to make the most of doing everything I can.
Are the kits worth doing - or will I just become obsessed?
